On Monday, Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, lay the groundwork for Lykli, a retail destination that Ingka Centres, a division of the Ingka Group, which runs the Ikea Retail and Ingka Investments brands, plans to create in Noida by 2028.

Uttar Pradesh has entered a “new century of development,” according to Adityanath. “The government is focused on its vision of ‘One District One Product,’ with an emphasis on skill development of youths and embracing traditional industries,” he stated, noting that this program has “become one of the most popular schemes in India today.”
