On Wednesday, September 11, the India Meteorological Department has forecasted significant rainfall across Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh. Today, a red alert has been issued for several locations in West Madhya Pradesh. Delhi – NCR region also wakes up to drizzling around the area.
For the next three to four days, several Indian states are expected to see intense rainfall due to the active monsoon trough, according to IMD’s most recent meteorological report.

On Wednesday, severe, isolated rainfall was also forecasted by the weather predicting office for Kerala, Mahe, and Karnataka. Further, A low-pressure area over MP has replaced the deep depression over North Chhattisgarh, and it might deliver significant rainfall to the state and its neighboring regions of Uttar Pradesh today.

In certain areas of West Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Vidarbha, and East Madhya Pradesh, heavy to extremely heavy rainfall is expected, according to the weather forecasting organization. Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Konkan & Goa, ghat regions of Madhya Maharashtra, Gujarat Region, Coastal & South Interior Karnataka, Uttarakhand, and Haryana Chandigarh-Delhi are among the other regions where there is a chance of severe rainfall.
Delhi Rainfall Today –
Additionally, light to moderate rainfall is expected throughout the Delhi-NCR region today, according to the weather forecasting organization. People could expect squally weather in the interim, with winds gusting up to 55 kmph and reaching 35 to 45 kmph.
