The headmaster of a government primary school in Visheshwarganj, Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, was suspended after allegedly being found sleeping naked and in a drunken state in front of students. A video of the incident surfaced online, showing the headmaster engaging in an obscene act.

Headmaster convicted for mistreatment:
The authenticity of the video has not been confirmed yet. Parents claimed that this was not the first time the headmaster, Durga Prasad Jaiswal, had behaved inappropriately in front of students, and his actions had caused some girl students to stop attending school.

Inquiry is ongoing, Jaiswal suspended
An enquiry was initiated by the Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) upon learning of the matter, leading to Jaiswal’s suspension. A departmental inquiry is ongoing, and the possibility of filing a First Information Report (FIR) will be determined based on the conclusions of the investigation. As of now, no individuals have been taken into custody in relation to the incident.
