A disturbing incident has surfaced from Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, where a tuition teacher was caught on camera brutally assaulting a 6-year-old girl, leaving viewers horrified. The incident, which took place in the Saurikh area of Kannauj, shows the teacher dragging the young girl by her hair and beating her with a stick for not memorizing the word meanings he had assigned her. This horrific act of violence has taken social media to its frenzy, with many now questioning whether it is safe to send children to tuitions.

The video now going viral captures the second-grade teacher at Jagriti Bal Vidya Mandir, Gyanendra Kumar alias Goldie, hitting a young girl repeatedly. The incident was reportedly after the girl, named Navya, did not memorize the meaning of words as given to her by the teacher. In the video, the girl is seen to be escaping and hiding behind chairs and crawling under a plank in trying to avoid the wrath of the teacher. Still, the teacher pulls her out from hiding and delivers more blows. At one stage, the teacher is shown instructing other children to help pull her out from under the bed.
Arvind, the father of the victim, states that he had been sending his daughter for tuition at the teacher’s place after school for sometime. He would never have believed that the same teacher, whom he trusted to help him get his daughter through education, would perpetrate such cruelty on his daughter. Arvind felt shocked and worried after viewing the video, stating that he will now be cautious about getting his child tuitions in the future.
As the police have received information from this viral video, they are conducting an inquiry in this matter. An additional superintendent of police Kannauj confirmed that the investigating authority will take proper law according to the situation while probing this matter. The cops have all vowed to punish him according to his deed and may decide to take him into the police station if needed from their investigations.
This incident has created ripples in the community and raises a question about the safety and well-being of children in educational environments. The parents, after witnessing such brutality, are now wondering if they should continue sending their children to tuition centers for fear of their safety. The hope is that justice will be done fast and that such brutal attacks on innocent children will never happen again.
