Saudi Arabia and UAE advised Pakistan to ”Stop Crying” over Kashmir
Saudi Arabia and UAE advised Pakistan to develop a friendship with India
Pakistan’s strong allies, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, have advised Islamabad to put the Kashmir problem behind and develop friendship with India, which is yet another issue of embarrassment for Pakistan.
According to reports, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates advised Pakistan to refrain from unnecessarily “crying” over India’s decision to abolish Jammu and Kashmir’s special status.

As the most powerful member of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Saudi Arabia has requested Islamabad to avoid interfering in India’s internal affairs. This is considered as a significant defeat for Pakistan.
Pakistan has consistently raised the Kashmir issue at the OIC, a global organisation of Muslim nations.
This comes days after Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s proposal that the two nations resume discussions to settle unresolved issues of Kashmir.

Sharif stated that Pakistan has learned its lesson after three wars with India and wants to live in peace with India if “we can overcome our true concerns,” in an interview with the UAE-based Al Arabiya television channel last week.
“My message to the Indian leadership and Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) is that let’s sit down at the table and have serious and sincere talks to resolve our burning issues like Kashmir, where flagrant violations of human rights are taking place day in and day out,” Sharif said.
Later, the Prime Minister’s Office of Pakistan stated that talks could not go without India changing its 2019 actions over Kashmir.
After India’s warplanes attacked a Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist training camp in Pakistan’s Balakot in response to the Pulwama terror attack in February 2019, relations between India and Pakistan became very tense.
After India stated in August 2019 that it would revoke Jammu and Kashmir’s special powers and split the former state into Union regions, relations between the two countries further deteriorated.
Jammu & Kashmir “was, is, and shall forever” remain a part of India, according to that nation. Pakistan, meanwhile, is adamant about sticking to its moral stance on the Kashmir dispute.
In an effort to stop India from dividing Jammu and Kashmir into two Union territories on August 5, 2019, Pakistan has been unsuccessfully trying to rally international opposition.
India has plainly said to the world that it was up to it to decide whether to repeal Article 370. It also urged Pakistan to cease spreading false information against India and to accept the truth.
