Two of the three new Vande Bharat trains that will depart from Bengal are Eastern Railway Zone trains. On the other hand, the South Eastern Railway Zone is home to the Howrah- Rourkela Vande Bharat train. Kolkata is home to both zonal railways’ headquarters. The three trains’ scheduled commercial run has not yet been disclosed.

But it’s anticipated that these trains will begin carrying people shortly after the September 15 inauguration. Travel between these places will get significantly easier once these new trains are in service. There will also be a significant reduction in travel time. The journey will take six hours for the Howrah-Bhagalpur Vande Bharat Express and six hours and twenty minutes for the Howrah-Gaya Vande Bharat.
