Flats for JJ Cluster Residents

Under the In-Situ Slum Rehabilitation Project by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), PM Modi will hand over keys to 1,675 newly constructed flats in Swabhiman Apartments, Ashok Vihar. These flats are part of an initiative to improve living conditions for JJ cluster residents.

Each flat costs ₹25 lakh to build, but beneficiaries contribute only 7% of the cost, amounting to ₹1.42 lakh, along with a maintenance fee of ₹30,000 for five years. These units come with modern amenities and aim to provide a healthier living environment for the underprivileged.
