Owaisi’s Delhi Home attacked, No Arrests yet
AIMIM Leader Asaduddin Owaisi’s Delhi Home attacked: “This is the fourth incident since 2014”.
India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi’s Delhi home attacked by stone pelting Sunday night by unidentified miscreants. No one was harmed during the stone-throwing, according to police, who also said that no arrests had been made yet. However, a few windows were broken.
The incident occurred around 05.30 pm at the AIMIM chief’s Delhi home on Ashoka Road.

At about 11.30 pm, according to the police, Owaisi complained to them. He arrived home from Jaipur late at night and found that unidentified miscreants had attacked his house.
After receiving information, a team of Delhi police under the command of an Additional DCP went to his home and collected information there.
“My Delhi residence has been attacked again. This is the fourth incident since 2014. Earlier tonight, I returned from Jaipur & was informed by my domestic help that a bunch of miscreants pelted stones that resulted in broken windows. @DelhiPolice must catch them immediately,” tweeted Owaisi.

“It’s concerning that this has happened in a so-called “high security” zone. I’ve submitted a complaint to the cops & they’ve reached my residence,” Owaisi wrote in another tweet.
“We have received a complaint and are registering an FIR. The vandals will be identified soon. They came in the evening and pelted stones. They left within a few minutes,” said an officer.
