The Lucknow–Saharanpur Vande Bharat Express will complete the journey in just 7 hours and 45 minutes, cutting travel time by nearly an hour. This route will benefit passengers from major cities like Lucknow, Bareilly, Moradabad, and Saharanpur. It will also improve access to Haridwar via Roorkee, making it easier for pilgrims and tourists to visit the holy city. Beyond religious travel, this connection will stimulate economic development across central and western Uttar Pradesh by enhancing mobility and logistics.
Firozpur–Delhi Vande Bharat: Accelerating Punjab’s Growth
The Firozpur–Delhi Vande Bharat Express stands out as the fastest train on this route, covering the distance in just 6 hours and 40 minutes. It strengthens links between the national capital and key Punjab cities like Firozpur, Bathinda, and Patiala. By improving connectivity in the border regions, this train will help promote trade, tourism, and employment opportunities, driving socio-economic growth in Punjab.
Ernakulam–Bengaluru Vande Bharat: Bridging the South’s Economic Corridors
In the southern region, the Ernakulam–Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express will cover the route in 8 hours and 40 minutes, saving more than 2 hours of travel time. This high-speed train connects major IT, commercial, and tourism hubs across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. It will make business travel more efficient and leisure trips more comfortable, enhancing collaboration between southern states and fostering regional development.
