Rocky and other mafia members of the Sanjeev Mukhiya gang provided the solved paper to candidates in Bihar and Jharkhand so they could commit it to memory.
Sandeep Connection with a Rajasthan Exam Mafia

According to officials, he completed the Pre-University exam lately, which ended on July 13, and was studying at home for the major exams.
The mastermind behind the NEET paper leak, Sanjeev Mukhiya, is linked to Rajasthan exam mafia Balram Gurjar, according to CBI sources.
