Delhi’s Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, made a passionate appeal on Sunday to remove the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from power at the national level. He described it as the “greatest act of patriotism” and a key step toward the country’s progress. Kejriwal pointed out that the BJP, with its significant mandates in the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections, had the potential to achieve much more. However, he expressed concern about the state of the country under their rule and questioned some of their decisions.

Kejriwal Praises AAP Volunteers
Speaking to AAP volunteers, Kejriwal praised their dedication and emphasized that AAP leaders, including himself, lack political backgrounds, making them representatives of the common people. He contrasted AAP’s approach with that of other parties, noting that AAP leaders focus on serving the people rather than getting involved in conflicts or exploiting their positions for personal gain.
Kejriwal Slams BJP Raids
Kejriwal also criticized the BJP for conducting raids on opposition leaders and accused them of inconsistency in their actions. Despite labelling leaders as corrupt one day, they might welcome them into their party the next, even granting them high positions.

In essence, Kejriwal’s message centres on the importance of putting the nation’s progress and the people’s well-being first, highlighting the need for a government that truly serves the interests of the people.
