India To Share List Of Fugitive Gangsters With Washington Authorities

India will present Washington with a list of 12 American-based gangsters that features major criminals including Goldy Brar and Anmol Bishnoi. The government has launched this initiative as part of national efforts to minimize criminal operations and execute extradition of criminals. Indian top security agencies collaborated to build this gangster list for their US investigations which detailed the activities of those individuals in American soil.

Sources indicate the list contains three categories of data including criminal records and associate relationships as well as US hiding locations for gangsters. The sharing of this gangster list will happen when Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits the United States and his meeting with US authorities takes place. The transfer of this criminal dartboard marks a crucial development that promotes bilateral cooperation between India and the United States on police enforcement and counter-terror operations.

Notable gangsters on the list are Darmanjot Singh Kehlon together with Amritpal Singh and Harjot Singh followed by additional individuals. Multiple law enforcement agencies suspect these individuals about their participation in extortion crimes along with murder and terrorist activities. The Indian authorities have sought justice for these gangsters for many years but the criminals remain in hiding within the United States.

The United States has received this list from Indian authorities to enable proper identification which will support their investigation leading to prosecution of these criminals. Through its counter-terrorism partnership with India the US considers this move as a major advance which will enhance this collaboration. Government officials from India expect the United States to pursue the criminal gangsters and participate in their prosecution.
