On Wednesday morning, the Yamuna river in Delhi once again surpassed the danger mark, just hours after receding below the threshold due to ongoing rainfall in the national capital. Data from the Central Water Commission indicated that the water level reached 205.48 meters at 8 am and is projected to rise further to 205.72 meters by 6 pm.

Hathnikund Barrage:

Meanwhile, the flow rate at the Hathnikund barrage experienced a slight increase on Tuesday afternoon, fluctuating between 50,000 and 60,000 cusecs. It decreased to 39,000 cusecs by 7 am on Wednesday. For reference, one cusec equals 28.32 liters per second.

IMD Rain Alerts for Uttarakhand, Himachal:
