Class 11 Girl Murder, Fatally Shot: Multiple Arrests Made Nationwide
Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Seven individuals, including suspects from Maharashtra and Delhi, have been arrested by the police in connection with the murder of a 17-year-old girl. The incident, of a class 11 girl murder, took place earlier this week in Gwalior city, Madhya Pradesh, as confirmed by a senior official.
Class 11 Girl Shot Dead:
On July 10, a tragic incident occurred where a group of individuals on motorcycles opened fire at a Class 11 student and her female friend as they were returning home on a scooter after attending coaching classes in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The girl tragically succumbed to her injuries that same night, while her friend sustained injuries.

Seven Arrested in Murder Case:
In connection with the case, the police have arrested a total of seven individuals. Three of them were apprehended in Maharashtra, two in Delhi, and one each in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The main accused, Sumit Rawat, was arrested in Dhule, Maharashtra. During his transportation to Gwalior, he attempted to escape but accidentally fell into a pit and sustained injuries. He was subsequently admitted to a government hospital.

Two other accused were also arrested in Dhule, while one was arrested in Dholpur, Rajasthan. The remaining two were apprehended in Delhi and Khurai town in Sagar district, Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, the police confiscated a country-made revolver and a motorcycle believed to have been used in the crime.
Murder Investigation Continues:
It was revealed that the main accused had previously been incarcerated and was released in June of this year in connection with another murder case. Following the murder incident, the police announced a reward of ₹30,000 for any information leading to the arrest of the main accused and ₹10,000 for each of the other individuals involved.
