The Bharatiya Janata Party HAS unveiled its manifesto on thursday for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections. The party’s chief, JP Nadda, and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, along with state BJP chief Mohan Lal Badoli, presented the key promises aimed at addressing various concerns of the electorate.

One of the major promises in the manifesto is the Lado Laxmi Scheme, which will provide Rs 2,100 per month to women. The BJP also plans to create 10 industrial cities modeled after the Industrial Model Township Kharkhoda to boost economic growth and job creation in the state.
Haryana will hold its Assembly elections on October 5, with results expected to be announced on October 8.
The BJP’s manifesto includes several key promises:
- Financial Support for Women: Rs 2,100 per month under the Lado Laxmi Yojna.
- Government Jobs: 2 lakh jobs for youth and guaranteed government positions for Agniveers from Haryana.
- Economic Opportunities: Employment and stipends for 5 lakh youth, and a guarantee of up to Rs 25 lakh for OBC entrepreneurs.
- Subsidized Cooking Gas:Cooking gas cylinders at Rs 500 under the Har Ghar Grihini Yojna.
- Housing and Infrastructure: Five lakh houses in urban and rural areas and construction of new railway corridors.
- Healthcare: Free medical facilities up to Rs 10 lakh under the Chirayu Haryana Scheme and free dialysis and diagnostic services at government hospitals.
- Educational Support: Scholarships for SC and OBC students in government medical and engineering colleges, and two-wheelers for college-going female students.
- Other Promises: Nurseries for Olympic sports in all districts and an international-level Aravalli Jungle Safari Park.
In his speech, BJP chief JP Nadda criticized the Congress party, accusing it of failing to meet its past promises and reducing manifestos to mere formalities. He highlighted the BJP’s achievements, including increased per capita income and tripled exports, as evidence of its commitment to fulfilling promises and improving Haryana’s development.
