Diwali 2024: Budget Friendly fairy lights to Glow up your home for Diwali
In order to welcome the positive spirit of Diwali, the festival of light, people usually clean their homes in preparation for the auspicious occasion. Since they are honored on Diwali, it is thought that Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi visit the homes on that day. They bestow wealth, health, and good fortune on their followers. Additionally, cleaning the house represents spiritual purification, rejuvenation, and renewal. In addition to improving the aesthetics, decorating your house draws attention to how neat and organized it is.
DIY Craft
Use your imagination to sketch Diwali symbols on cardboard, such as lotuses, Lord Ganesha, Goddess Lakshmi, and diyas. Once painted, string them with the fairy lights and garlands, or cut them out and hang them on the walls. Children can participate in the festivities by creating vibrant paper lanterns. The paper lantern should be hung from a curtain rod near the window.
Fairy Lights
It’s the traditional Diwali ornament. During Diwali, fairy lights may be seen in every home, sparkling in a variety of colors. It’s an easy and affordable way to bring the Diwali light into your house. Both inside the house and on the balcony, string fairy lights.
Artificial Flowers
Reusable flower garlands made of plastic are environmentally friendly and produce little waste. They are adaptable and go well with other components in the space. Hang them in the puja room, on curtain rods, and on your entrance door. With diyas encircling the pot, single vibrant flowers can float in a water pot that looks traditional. For the puja room, fresh flowers are also an option, but artificial flowers are superior, more cost-effective, and won’t wither as rapidly in the other rooms.
