2.Alcohol and Smoking
Weddings generally mean a lot of alcohol and free at that, for your guests at least. In such an environment, with all the tension and nervousness, you might feel like releasing some of your nerves with the help of alcohol and smoking but that is a big ‘NO’ for you. Alcohol dehydrates the body and cause bloating. Smoking depletes the anti-ageing nutrients from the body. If you are willing to look all fresh, young and happy on your wedding day, you better stay away from alcohol and smoking.
3.Late nights
Weddings call for late night parties and functions and what are the wedding functions without the bride. That is what you will be told, but don’t pay much heed to them. Just remember, that you are the bride and you need your much-needed beauty sleep. A good night’s sleep will rejuvenate your body from the previous day’s exhausting activities and prepare you for the next day. Not to forget, avoiding required sleep will lead to dark circles under your eyes. You surely don’t want to appear in your wedding looking like a zombie, do you?
4.Exercise
Do Not, I repeat, do not miss exercise. Get your body involved in some or the other kind of physical activity, be it yoga, gym, walk, run whatever, at least for 30 minutes once a day. It helps in balancing your physical, mental and emotional well-being along with keeping your metabolism in check. Moreover, you look fit and energetic on your wedding day.
