1.Mahindra E2o Plus
Priced at 5.46 lakh INR, this electric car by Mahindra was launched in October. It is the four door version of Mahindra’s previously launched Mahindra E2o. It requires mere 90 minutes to get fully charged and can travel approximately 140Km on full charge. The electric motor of the car is powered by 72V battery. It is available is various variants.
2.Honda Accord Hybrid
The re-launched version of Honda Accord sedan is 37 lakh INR. The hybrid car is powered by a 2.0-litre Atkinson Cycle I-VTEC four-cylinder petrol engine attached to two electric motors associated to 1.3 kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack. In combination, the hybrid power train stands at 213bhp and provides the mileage efficiency of 23.1kmpl.
3.Mahindra Scorpio Intelli-Hybrid
Scorpio has always been the greatest possession for Mahindra and Mahindra. The brand is always looking forward to bring innovation in the already existing version of the vehicle. Priced at 12.84 lakh INR, a mild hybrid version of Scorpio was launched by the company in July this year. With the assistance of electric power, the fuel consumption in all-new Scorpio is reduced by 7%.
4.Volvo XC90 T8 Excellence
The first-ever plug-in hybrid SUV launched in India, priced at 1.25 crore INR was launched in September this year. The hybrid is powered by a supercharged in-line 4-cyl 1969cc and turbocharged petrol engine which develops 315bhp and 400Nm of torque. If claims by the Swedish car maker are to be believed, the car dash from 0 to 100kmph in mere 5.6 seconds.
