Viruses are more dangerous in morning: Study
University of Cambridge study has suggested that viruses are more dangerous when they infect in the morning time if compared to the entire day.
The findings which have been published in PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of sciences), showed viruses were 10 times more successful and effective if the infection started right in the morning.

Moreover, the animal studies found that a disrupted body clock, caused by shift-work or jet lag, was always vulnerable to infection.
The researchers have said that the findings could lead to new ways of preventing pandemics. Viruses – unlike bacteria or parasites – are completely dependent on hijacking the machinery inside cells in order to replicate.
