A bit more than a year-and-a-half after the government of Haryana started the CM window facility for its dwellers to submit their grievances and complaints, the 25th December, 2014 inaugurated facility, since then, over 1,78,500 received the complaints, of which around 1,41,900 have been disposed off.
A total of 8,632 complaints are such that these cannot be sorted. 60 officials have been suspended for not dealing and attending the complaints satisfactorily. Among those 60 officials suspended includes a Chief Medical Officer, nine Block Development officers and two tehsildars were also included in the list.

“There are certain kinds of complaints that cannot be dealt with. These include complaints about cases in court. At times, both parties who have filed cases against each other with the police give complaints against each other. We cannot interfere in police investigation. Review meetings are held regularly to check the status of disposal of complaints,” CM (Grievances) Bhupeshwar Dayal commented.
