It’s all about mouth-watering Noodle
A hot bowl of noodle soup on cold December days or a spicy salad of cold noodles to beat the heat in the summer is the best thing. Noodles in all forms are everybody’s favorite and what would be better than it if a festival celebrates its versatility.
Pan-Asian star restaurant, located in one of the best five-star hotel in the national capital, the Ashok Hotel, will be the Festival of noodles until 30 June.

The festival offers based noodle salads, appetizers and entrees. To start, we got a bowl of Kimchi – Korean side dish made from fermented raw cabbage, along with three types of sauces: Burnt sesame, java and cilantro. This was followed quickly by our starter and also the star of our trip ‘noodle’, a hot plate of Chinese-style chicken noodle soup with mushrooms.
Chicken and mushroom add a sweet flavor to the soup barbecue otherwise bland and gave a very balanced feel. The fungus was not overcooked and still had a contraction. Noodle soups tend to be quite heavy at times, but this was plentiful, delicious and made me want to have a little more.
