GSRTC all set to unveil twitter handle for passengers!

According to a report, keeping in mind the two major mishap that involved state buses in which more 50 people lost their lives, the Gujarat transport department has decided to launch Twitter handle and helpline numbers to help the passengers.

The announcement was made by the Road and Transport Minister of Gujarat, Vijay Rupani as a government initiative to stop these kinds of mishaps in future.

The Minister said that the government will launch its own twitter handle and helpline numbers in future, where passengers would be able to lodge their complaints and can report at the time of any mishap.

Notably, government is also planning to buy new buses and to replace those, who are not in good condition.
