Mysuru-Varanasi Express which will leave for Varanasi on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Mysuru has been provided with metallic Braille Signals inside the coaches indicating the location of alarm pull chains, toilets, emergency windows and berth numbers for the convenience of blind people.
This new and amazing initiative was inaugurated and financed by Pratap Simha, Mysuru Member of Parliament, from the MPLAD fund.
This initiative has been taken for blind people as it would be helpful for them in finding their places easily.
