Former Liverpool Captain Steven Gerrard is ready to play for his side Liverpool once again as he has decided to play for the club’s ‘Legends’ Team in Australia next year.
Showing his excitement on his return, Gerrard said that it would be great to play with the Legends of Team Liverpool.
Gerrard, who had captained Liverpool for 12 years before his exit, admitted that it would be an emotional time to play in front of his fans again, adding that he is looking forward to find on the pitch.
Gerrard, who is currently on a season break from his team Los Angeles Galaxy will represent Liverpool in a match against Australian Team on January 7.
