Now a days, obesity has become common in many people‘s lives. This results in a terrific load on the system, with a resultant build up of toxins.

2.Use Garlic daily – it is helpful in maintaining blood circulation.
3.Take plenty of vegetables – taking variety of vegetables in the diet provides anti oxidants, minerals and vitamins.
4. Eat plain roasted whole grams. This gives satiety, and much needed protein, which goes towards repairing body tissue.
