The Delhi government has announced to pay compensation to the victims of 1984 sikh riots from its own kitty on November 1st.
The official announcement by a senior official was made on Thursday that it will distribute the enhanced compensation cheques to the victims.
As per the reports, even after centre’s promise for compensation, some 23,00 victims haven’t received the 5 lakh compensation.
