According, to World Health Organization’s Global Tuberculosis Report 2015, 9.6 million new cases were registered in 2014, 58% were in South East Asia and Western Pacific region. 140,000 children died last year due to this deadly disease.
Reports, also says that effective diagnosis and proper treatment saved 43 million lives between 2000 and 2015.
