AAP led Delhi Government announced a policy of one time amnesty scheme to settle disputes between it’s various wings and consumers a couple of months back.
The first such scheme was executed by it’ power distribution companies TPDDL, and BSES, which settled 13 thousand plus cases and amounts exceeding Rs.310 Million in just one day, clearing pending and potential litigation from their files, and saving the courts, themselves and the consumers time and money.
