Thursday morning marked the first car free day in India’s capital Delhi.
Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal flagged off the event and he himself took part in a rally of cyclists, who travelled between Red fort to India gate.
The main aim behind the move is to encourage people to use public transport. This is so, that pollution, which has gone way beyond permissible limits can be controlled in the city.
