After months of negotiations, SABMiller finally agreed to be taken over and merged with AB InBev in a deal valued at approximately $106.74 Billion.
This merger will create the World’s largest brewing company, producing nearly a third of all beer produced on the globe.
The combined entity will have a workforce of more than 210 thousand, and turnover exceeding $111 Billion.
