Damascus, the capital city of Syria, was recently hit by rockets. This happened outside the Russian embassy where there was a pro-Russian rally taking place.
This generated a lot of panic amongst the crowd present there as well as all the officials. Details about the deaths, injuries or who initiated this attack has not been brought to notice. The embassy has been targeted in the past, but this time it is believed that it was the rally which was targeted.
