In consonence with RBI reducing lending rates, SBI has also lowered their rates. Base lending rates have gone down by 40 points, however the reduction is only 20 points for home loans.
However, in a gloomy market, this is still a welcome news for potential home buyers, specially in light of the impending festive season, which traditionally registers higher property sales.
