It is the world’s most popular drink next to water and it’s steeped in the healthy benefits. Here are incredible types of teas for you :-
- Black tea- This tea is very common. This tea is made from the leaves of the camellia sinesis plants. It has bitter flavor and contains most caffeine.
- Green tea- Green tea has a more delicate flavor. The leaves are dried and heat treated soon after they are picked which stops the fermentation process.
- Oolong tea- Oolong tea is similar to black tea but its fermented for a shorter time which gives it a richer taste.
- White tea- The leaves are picked when they are very young, so white tea has a milder flavor than any other variety.
- Herbal tea- Technically, herbal teas are not teas at all, as they are usually some combination of dried fruits, flowers and herbs.
