Things for The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA in English) has not been looking good since the past few months.
From various scandals, corruption allegations to being called many things- it has had and been suspected of doing it all. On top of this,the head of FIFA Sepp Blatter is now facing criminal charges.
The reason for this is, Sepp is believed to be involved in misappropriation over a TV rights deal and also involved in a “disloyal payment” to Michel Platini in 2011.
He was questioned and his house was also searched for the same.
The problems faced by FIFA have to be solved by going to the root of it and according to many, this is the first step if doing so.
