The Bombay High Court has ordered that there will be no beef sale even during the festival of Eid.
There was a plea put forward to lift the ban for three days. The High Court also said that decisions like these are up to the state government.
The Maharashtra government had put a ban to beef only this year around April.
This decision has again bought a lot of mixed reactions from people. Some people feel that the lifting of the ban is not necessitated, whereas others feel that it should be.
