In an amazing volta face, which one supposes politicians are past masters at, the Left Front has come out welcoming the release of the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose related files in West Bengal.
The Left front ruled West Bengal for 34 years. In all that time, they refused to release the files, citing them to be too volatile and sensitive.
Now that the Mamata Banerjee led Trinamool Congress regime in West Bengal has taken the ‘courageous’ step in releasing these files, the Left does not want to be left behind in basking in the sunshine.
