Directed by Prakash Jha, ‘Gangaajal 2’ will see PC donning a tough cop look playing the role of IPS Officer Abha Mathur. This movie is a sequel to Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Gangaajal’. Wanting to give the film a strong feminist twist in keeping with the times, and the director went for the versatile actor.
The movie releases in March, 2016 and, given the credentials of Prakash Jha, the lineage of the film series, and Priyankan’s histrionic abilities, expectations are bound to be high with this film.
