Apple 3D touch
Apple event last week in the Bay Area highlighted one major change we can expect in all our mobile devices to come soon. The way the phone works when we swipe in sync on the image on the screen.
In new Apple iPhone, there are roughly 96 sensors measuring changes in the distance between themselves and the glass as we press. These hand gestures which we make will communicate if we want to take a peek or pop to access a shortcut depending on how hard you press fully into frame. No home button is needed. As you release your finger, you are right back where you started.
The various functions of images just bounce whether reading an email or looking at photos to reveal another shortcut. Instead of swiping through the various apps on your mobile to apply changes as before. The thin device tries to mimic the intent of force applied on the glass screen when you are walking or in a sitting position.
