India Kitchen & Food Service design summit will be hosted by Hotel consult Orient on September 11 & !2 2015 in New Delhi.
The event, a first in the Indian hospitality scene, will feature panel discussions, focussing on the design of commercial kitchens, central kitchen ventilation, dish washing, rapid cooking technologies, energy saving, food safety, grease capture and food waste treatment by technical experts from around the World.
The people attending will include Project managers, Chief Engineers, Chefs, Hotel Operators, Restaurant Owners and Interior Designers in addition to other stake holders in the food service business.
The ain objective of the summit is sharing of knowledge on food service design and facilities planning to take India to the next level in this field, and introduction of food and beverage operators to new technologies and products.
