Gaza could become uninhabitable, UN reports
A fact outlined in a new United Nations Report on Gaza a home to 1.8 million Palestinians.
It defines De-development as being reversed and not only restricted. Gaza’s destitute effect is of an eight-year economic blockade of Gaza by Egypt and Israel. It’s poor governance by Hamas when it took control in 2007. As well as it’s tedious three wars with Israel for the last six years. Gaza has had the inability to export or even produce for its own domestic market. Its Middle Class is dependent on humanitarian Aid.
The report grimly states Gaza’s infrastructure has no strength of a recovery and has left the local community in dire socioeconomic constraints. The unemployment rate is 43%. It is expecting situation on the ground might be worse by 2020.
