Naps can increase workers productivity at office!
According to study conducted by Asklepieion Voula General Hospital in Athens, Greece, mid-day naps at workplace can boost workers productivity. Mid-day naps should be maximum of 20 mintues.
These naps can also help in reducing blood pressures. Researchers had found that mid-day sleepers had 5% lower average 24 hour BP than those who did not sleep at all during the day.
