A Colorado, U.S.A. based aerospace company has just been granted approval for Crowdfunding.
XTI Aircraft, as designed a six seater business aircraft which is capable of vertical takeoff like a helicopter has got approval to get crowdfunding to raise $50 Million.
The company hopes to raise money from venture funds, private equity and high networth individuals to fund the development of the aircraft.
XTI has aviation industry heavyweights on board, like Charles Johnson, former president of Cessna, and Jeffrey Pino, the former president of Sikorsky, the helicopter pioneer.
