Gather dry glitter from a book store near you. On the clear phone cover, paint a layer of fevicol. Not put your cover in a plate of dry glitter. Make sure you leave no spaces Repeat this process 2-3 times, and don’t forget to add it on the sides.You can add varied colours of glitter to mke it more blingy.
