Justice Sudhir Agarwal, Allahbad High Court, India made judicial history today. In what is perceived as an important step in helping the comman man get the ‘bang for his buck’, Justice Agarwal passed a judgment directing all beneficiaries of Government largesse in form of salary or remuneration to put their children in Government Primary Schools.

Passing a judgment relating to vacancies in state Government run primary schools, and how this is adversely affecting the common man, Justice Agarwal has prescribed penal provisions for officers who do not comply.
Hopefully this ‘revolution’ will spread to the rest of the Country, not only to the field of eduction, but healthcare and other sectors too.
