South African players hospitalized in Chennai
10 South African A cricket team players had to be hospitalized in Chennai as they were suffering from food poisoning. Due to this, they suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of India A even as Quinton De Kock hit a century. The situation worsened so much that Mandeep Singh had to field as a substitute fielder for South Africa.
The hospitalization has led to change in the tri series schedule and India A will be replacing South Africa A in the match against Australian A team today.
