Hackers warn: android fingerprint devices easy to steal data


With a relief for users, a slew of mobiles and tabs have been launched over the past month with fingerprint locking, with more on the way.

However they noted Apple's iPhone, which pioneered the modern fingerprint sensor, is more secure.

A group of conscious hackers at the Black Hat Conference in Las Vegas demonstrated various android devices in four separate attacks the finger prints could be harvested to extract data and can be used for fraud.
