NASA borrow’s money, to reserve seat in Russian Rocket
NASA is asking it needs to borrow $490 million from the Congress to reserve six seats on the Russian Soyuz rocket to fly its astronauts to the International Space station.
Since 2011 NASA has depended on Russia’s Soyuz spacecraft to test Boeing and SpaceX private ferry craft in 2017. NASA’s own space shuttle has been retired
