KARUN AND MAHINDRA TO PART WAYS
Karun Chandhok, the Formula E racer in the premier FIA Formula E Championship series was the only racer representing India in the absence of India’s number 1 Narain Kartikeyan. Chandhok, however, gave a disappointing performance ending in the eighth position out of ten contenders.
The consequences have led to Mahindra Racing ending their ties with the racer and most likely the Indian outfit altogether. The team will now announce a new brand line-up for the next season sometime in the coming week.
The 31 year old also mentioned that even though it has to end this way, there is no feeling of bad blood between him and his former brand.
