Delicious, juicy and sweet, I think no one can deny loving berries. But do you know that they don’t just revive your taste buds, but that they also have so many health benefits that you might not know about?
Berries are loaded with fiber and are on the top of the chart when it comes to antioxidants; they are rich in vitamin c, can prevent inflammation, radicals and can even improve your memory.
There are a wide variety of berries available such as raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberries, and cranberries and although you might not like each one of them but they are all sources of antioxidants.
In addition to antioxidants that help you to stay younger, they contain water in high quantities that helps you to lose weight quickly. It is advisable to have fresh berries but what if you don’t find fresh ones?
There are countless benefits of having berries such as if you have cranberries they can combat urinary tract infections and they are also natural probiotics that support healthy bacteria that aids in the digestion process.
“You can have berries in various forms; you can have the, raw, you can have them in salads or even you can have them in the form of shakes as they will help in whatever form you take them” says Anil Kathuria, gym instructor.

Ingredients
• 1 cup frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream
• 1/3 cup strawberries – fresh or frozen
• 1/3 cup blueberries – fresh or frozen
• 1/3 cup raspberries – fresh or frozen
• 1/2 cup whole or skim milk – adjust amount to create desired consistency
Container: Drink or decorative glass
Directions
• Hull strawberries.
• Wash strawberries, raspberries and blueberries under cool running water.
• Mix all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
• Pour into a decorative glass and garnish with fresh berries.
