What Have you been though in this journey?

“The journey was difficult to make, but then we did it and have come here, from where other societal concerns look really small. However, without my father’s support, none of this would have been possible, and even I would have been married off. When I look at other girls who have been married off early, I really feel bad.

Haryana is one of those states where people do not believe in educating the girls but just make them acquire skills of handling household work because, in the end, they have to get married. I have seen my friends getting married, and it is a sad status. I would love it if the government could do something about it”, says Geeta.
